**Cancellation and Refund Policy:**

 

**1. Reservation Modifications:**

   - Clients can modify their reservations by contacting Chicrides in advance.

   - Changes are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

 

**2. Cancellation Policy:**

   - Cancellations must be communicated to Chicrides within 6 hours of the scheduled service to avoid charges.

   - Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

**3. Refunds:**

   - Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.

   - Refunds may be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

 

**4. No-Show Policy:**

   - Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled service without prior notice may be charged the full fare.

 

**5. Special Events and Packages:**

   - Cancellation and refund policies for special events, packages, or promotions may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

**6. Force Majeure:**

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or events beyond Chicrides' control, the cancellation policy may be adjusted. Chicrides will work with clients to find a suitable resolution.

 

**7. Client Responsibility:**

   - Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the reservation process.

   - Any errors in reservation details should be reported promptly for resolution.

 

**8. Changes to Reservations:**

   - Chicrides reserves the right to make changes to reservations in the case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle unavailability or safety concerns. Clients will be promptly notified of any changes.

 

**9. Contact Information:**

   - Clients must ensure that Chicrides has up-to-date contact information for effective communication regarding reservations and any changes.

 

**10. Refusal of Service:**

    - Chicrides reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any client for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance with terms and conditions.

 

By utilizing Chicrides' services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
