AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

 

We are CHIC SERVICE INC, doing business as CHICRIDES, a company registered in New York, United States.

**1. Booking and Reservations:**
   - Clients can make reservations through our website, phone, or in-person.
   - Cancellation Policy: We value your plans. Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled trip incur no fees. However, cancellation within the day of the scheduled trip will result in a full refund being charged. 
   - Reservation Confirmation: A confirmation will be provided upon successful booking.

**2. Pricing and Payment:**
   - Our pricing is based on [hourly rates, distance, etc.].
   - We accept payments via [credit cards, cash, etc.].
   - Additional Charges: Any additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking fees) will be communicated to the client.

**3. Vehicle and Service Standards:**
   - We offer a fleet of well-maintained limousines.
   - Cleanliness: Our vehicles undergo regular cleaning and maintenance.

**4. Chauffeurs and Conduct:**
   - Chauffeurs will adhere to professional conduct.
   - Dress Code: Chauffeurs will be dressed in Chicrides Limousine uniform [ dark suit with a tie and a white button-up shirt]
   - Client Interactions: Chauffeurs will maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.

**5. Changes and Amendments:**
   - Clients can modify reservations with  advance notice at least 6 hours before the scheduled trip .
   - Changes may be subject to additional fees.

**6. Liability and Insurance:**
   - Clients are responsible for their belongings.
   - Insurance Coverage: Our vehicles are insured according to local regulations.

**7. Refund and Compensation Policies:**
   - Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy.
   - Compensation for service-related issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

**8. Client Responsibilities:**
   - Clients are expected to behave responsibly during the service.
   - Prohibited Activities: [Smoking, Alcohol, Illegal Drugs, Excessive Noise, Disorderly Conduct, Distracting the Driver, Standing or Moving Vehicle Parts, Damaging the Vehicle, Unlawful Activities, Littering, Firearms, Weapons, etc.].

**9. Force Majeure:**
   - We are not liable for unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.

**10. Termination of Service:**
    - Service may be terminated if clients violate terms or engage in illegal activities.

**11. Special Requests:**
    - We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, additional charges may apply.

**12. Safety and Security:**
    - Clients must follow safety guidelines during transportation.

**13. Local Regulations and Compliance:**
    - We comply with local transportation regulations, and clients must also adhere to them.

 **14. Children's Privacy:**
    - Clarification that services are not directed at individuals under a certain age, and the limousine service does not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent.
